4. Will you be using certified asphalt? YES!
5. Is your workmanship and material guaranteed for at least one year? YES!
6. Does your proposal state if any asphalt removal/butt joint cutting be completed prior to laying asphalt? YES!
7. Does your proposal state the square footage/yardage to be covered? YES
8. Does your proposal state how many inches of asphalt will be applied (i.e. inches of Binder and inches of Surface, ect.)? YES!
